Who we are
BJB Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15711877), makes Rafters. Our registered office is Office 21497, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London E6 2JA. We control the personal data described here. Contact: hello@playrafters.com.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect:
- your email address;
- whether you ticked the news and updates box, the exact wording and version of that box, and the date and time;
- where your visit came from: the campaign tags in the link you followed (for example
utm_source), the website that sent you, whether you arrived from a Meta or TikTok ad, and the page you landed on; - the club code you picked on the page (for example HCA).
When you confirm your email, our email provider records the confirmation. The name you type on the page stays in your browser and is never sent. We do not ask for your age, location or payment details.

You can withdraw consent at any time. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email us.
Cookies and similar technology
The site stores one essential setting in your browser: your cookie choice. It also keeps a note of where your visit came from, for this browser tab only, so that it can be sent with your sign-up.
We count visits with Plausible Analytics. It uses no cookies, does not follow you across other sites and does not collect personal data.
If you select Accept, the site loads the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel. They set cookies that let us measure which ads bring people to the site, and let Meta and TikTok show our ads to similar people. If you select Reject, they never load. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of the home page.
Our fonts are served from our own site, so no font provider receives your details.
Who processes it for us
- Netlify hosts the site and runs the sign-up form (United States).
- Brevo stores the waitlist and sends our emails (European Union).
- Plausible Analytics counts visits without cookies (European Union).
- Meta and TikTok receive ad measurement data, only after you accept cookies.
Where data leaves the UK, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an equivalent legal safeguard.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist details until the Early Access Beta opens and for 12 months after, then delete them unless you are subscribed to news and updates. If you unsubscribe, we remove you from our mailing lists and keep only a minimal record that stops us emailing you again.
Age
The waitlist is for people aged 16 or over. If you are under 16, do not sign up. If we learn that we hold data from someone under 16, we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to move it. Email hello@playrafters.com. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date and version at the top. If a change affects how we use your email, we tell you by email first.
